The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued special traffic guidelines to ensure maximum security and maintain orderly vehicular movement during the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President. The prestigious event at Bangabhaban will be attended by the outgoing President, Prime Minister, Speaker, Chief Justice, Cabinet members, diplomats, and other dignitaries.
To facilitate seamless transport for invited guests, temporary traffic restrictions and route diversions will be enforced around Bangabhaban and adjacent key intersections.
The DMP expressed regret for any temporary inconvenience caused by these travel adjustments and urged all drivers and citizens to plan their journeys accordingly to assist law enforcement during this high-security state event.
