Acclaimed chemistry in Bonalata Express, Dhallywood actor Shariful Razz and actress Sabila Nur are set to pair up once again in an upcoming feature film titled Kanabula Paradox.
The storyline is adapted from Mohaiminul Islam Bappi’s popular 2024 novel Kanabula Paradox. Breaking away from conventional narrative structures, the film aims to deliver a fresh cinematic experience driven by a psychological journey involving time, relationships, memories, and mystery.
Produced by Tanim Noor following the success of Utshob and Bonalata Express, the project marks the directorial debut of Ayman Asib Shadhin and Sushmoy Sarkar. Filming is scheduled to begin early next year (2027), with a planned theatrical release for Eid-ul-Adha 2027.
The screenplay leverages the core themes of Mohaiminul Islam Bappi’s psychological mystery novel to offer audiences an unconventional storytelling framework.
Ayman Asib Shadhin and Sushmoy Sarkar—who previously contributed to acclaimed productions like Kaiser and Utshob—make their feature directorial debut with this venture.
