Despite all preparations being completed, popular Kolkata singer Anupam Roy’s upcoming concert in Dhaka has once again been postponed at the very last minute. The event organizers stated that the concert was put on hold under instructions from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs due to “unavoidable circumstances.”
The concert, titled “One True Sound with Anupam Roy,” was scheduled to take place this coming Saturday (August 1) at the United Convention Center in the capital.
On Wednesday (July 29), the organizing entity, Triple Time Communications, announced that the event was canceled following directives issued by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.
However, the organizers assured ticket holders that a full refund for every purchased ticket would be issued through the official ticketing platform.
