The Bangladeshi diaspora in Portugal is gearing up for a major cultural milestone as rock legend Nagar Baul James and popular actor Zayed Khan are set to share the stage at the “Lisbon Bangla Live Concert 2026.” Scheduled for July 26 in Lisbon, the event promises an unforgettable evening blending iconic Bangladeshi rock with vibrant stage entertainment.
The concert holds special significance for Zayed Khan, marking both his maiden visit to Portugal and his debut live stage performance in the country. Expressing his enthusiasm to the media, the actor shared his excitement about visiting the homeland of football legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
“I am thrilled at the opportunity to perform in the country of Cristiano Ronaldo, meet the Bangladeshi community there, and showcase our culture,” Khan said. “Just thinking about it feels wonderful.”
Organized jointly by Casa do Bangladesh and Noticia Bangla, the show will be hosted at the renowned Lisboa ao Vivo venue, with doors opening at 5:00 PM. Headliner James is expected to deliver a powerhouse set featuring his most celebrated classics, while Zayed Khan’s live performance and audience interaction aim to add a dynamic, star-studded energy to the night.
