Hollywood’s iconic superhero Spider-Man is set to return to the big screen. The highly anticipated Marvel franchise film, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’, is scheduled for its global release on July 31.
However, audiences in Bangladesh will get an exclusive opportunity to watch the film a day ahead of its international release. The movie will premiere and begin its regular screening at Star Cineplex across Bangladesh on July 30. Star Cineplex confirmed the news in a press release on Monday.
The film marks the 38th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the fourth solo Spider-Man movie.
Star-Studded Cast and New Faces
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ once again features Tom Holland in the lead role of Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man. Returning alongside him are Zendaya and Jacob Batalon. In addition, Mark Ruffalo will make a major appearance, reprising his role as the Hulk.
Beside the familiar faces, several new actors have joined the ensemble cast. Eman Esfandi steps into the role of MJ’s new love interest, while Stranger Things star Sadie Sink plays a mysterious character that has already generated immense curiosity and buzz among fans.
Where ‘Brand New Day’ Begins
The storyline picks up four years after the events of the 2021 blockbuster ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’.
Following Doctor Strange’s spell at the end of the previous film, which erased Peter Parker from everyone’s memory, this chapter follows Peter as he navigates a completely isolated new life, tackles fresh superhero challenges, and confronts dangerous new threats.
