Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif has reaffirmed his country’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding the sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia under the historical tripartite Makkah Pact. Concurrently, he strongly condemned the recent drone and missile attacks targeted at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Abha International Airport by Yemen’s Houthi movement, demanding an immediate cessation of hostile actions.
The Pakistani Prime Minister expressed solid solidarity with the Kingdom in an official statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office on Saturday (October 10, 2026) in response to the airport strikes.
